STK Birthday Promo - Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility. This offer entitles the birthday celebrant to one (1) free entrée up to a maximum value of $75 when dining with a confirmed reservation for a party of four (4) or more guests, all of whom must be seated and dining together at the same table.
  • Reservation required. A reservation must be made in advance under the celebrant’s name. Walk-ins and same-day requests are not guaranteed and may be declined based on availability.
  • Proof of redemption. The guest must present the original promotional text message to their server at the time of ordering. Screenshots, forwarded messages, printouts, or verbal claims will not be accepted at the manager’s discretion. The offer must be claimed before the bill is finalized; it cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Value and application. The free entrée applies to a single food item from the regular dinner menu up to $75 in value. You can not select an entrée which exceeds $75. No cash value, cash back, or credit will be given for any unused balance.
  • What’s excluded. The offer applies to the entrée only and does not include beverages, alcohol, appetizers, sides, desserts, tax, or gratuity. Gratuity will be calculated on the pre-discount total at the restaurant’s discretion.
  • One per party. Limited to one (1) free entrée per qualifying party, per visit, regardless of how many guests are celebrating a birthday. The offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • No stacking. Cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, loyalty reward, gift card promotion, prix fixe menu, happy hour, or special event pricing.
  • Party size must hold. The full party of four or more must be present and dining. If the party falls below four guests, the offer is void.
  • Validity period. Offer valid through August 31, 2026. Reservations must be booked and the meal completed on or before this date. Not valid on holidays or during private events, and may be excluded on select blackout dates at management’s discretion.
  • General. STK Steakhouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Management’s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer. Offer void where prohibited.
