Our exclusive terrace menu features new cocktails crafted with Chateau d’Esclan’s Whispering Angel Rosé combined with seasonal additions, so everyone can sip on something sweet.  

The Blushing Sunset is a refreshing and aromatic spritz, combining the floral notes of the rosé wine with the bitterness of Aperol and sweet peach liquor. For a light and fresh cocktail, opt for the Elderflower Kiss, a refreshing combination of rosé and elderflower liquor, lifted with zesty lime juice and mint leaves.
